Pet Policy

One-Time Pet Fee: $400 for the first pet, $200 for each additional pet (maximum 3 pets). Non-refundable and due at move-in.

Monthly Pet Rent: $45 per pet

Additional Details: Three pets max per home. Pets are permitted provided they do not become a nuisance to the community or the Community Management Team.

Restrictions: Breed restrictions visit community for details

• Alaskan Malamutes
• American Bull Dogs
• American Staffordshire Terriers
• Argentine Dogos
• Bull Mastiffs
• Cane Corso
• Doberman Pinschers
• Fila Brasileiros
• German Shepherds
• Pit Bulls
• Presa Canarios
• Rottweiler
• Staffordshire Bull Terriers
• Tosa Inus
• Wolf Hybrids
• All mixes of these breeds

The following pets are also restricted:

• Monkeys
• Ferrets
• Snakes
• Rabbits
• Livestock
• Reptiles
• Puppies under six months
